Company of Heroes

I downloaded opposing fronts online, but since the recent patch my campaign wont work. The error message is 'not enough information', I can add a product key (one in which I have on my Direct2Drive account) but I am scared to do it because my account/profile will be banned if it is incorrect. So I didn't want to take my chances there just yet. Does anyone have any suggestions or links that could help me with this problem? If so it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
