Hello, just new here, one of the few asians playing COH and I was trying out axis(mostly defensive doctrine), and is still playing with A.I's(montagris region) and massed out those walking stuka(i wonder if that is effective in real playing though).
Anyway, I played allies too but I found them to be too serious in battle and things like that, unlike the axis. They occasionally complain and say things that are just quite funny.
Pioneers: "I always do my part!"(complaining about his partner)
Volksgrenaiders: "....... (uncohherant words), that thing on your hand is called the trigger finger, use it!!!!"
Walking stuka(axis halftrack): Faster halftrack, you drive like my mother!!!"
I quite heard some too but I have a hard time to understand it(since this game require's a lot of your attention). Care to share
Sturmpioniere/Assault Pioneers Wir schleichen uns von hinten ran und treten den Amerikanern in die Ärsche! We sneak in from behind and kick their asses - sth similar to that, most of the stuff is just kewl if listen to in the original language. If my allies would speak german .... brr, nasty imagination. Same with my german stuff.
"Du bist der hübscheste - also bist du jetzt unsere Krankenschwester" "You are the sweetest so you are our nurse now. Assault Pios using medkit.
Krad-Melder (BMW) "Kannst Du nicht schneller fahren, Klaus!" "Cant you drive faster Klaus!"
StuG´s "Die Panzerverbände des Führers stehen zur Verfügung" "The Führers Tankformation is ready"
Volkgrenadiere "Volksgrenadiere, zeigt's den Amis, das seit ihr den Indianern schuldig!" Volkgrenadiere, get the US boys, thats what we owe to the indians!" LOL!!!
"Links rechts ,links rechts ihr maschiert wie die letzten Vollidioten! Gleich versuchen wir's mal mit Schiessen!" Left, right, left, right, you marching like the last retards! We will try shooting in a moment!"
SS/KCH
"Orden wachsen auf den Bäumen unter denen die Helden begraben sind". Hard to translate for me, but it means sth like that: Medals growing on the trees, heros were buried under.

They didn't add new ones, they fixed the bug where only half of the files played. Now they all play more often. But in a sense it's like adding new ones.
Volksgrenadiers when reinforced: "Ja, es wird schon irgendwie gehen... (genervt) EINGLIEDERN!" "Come on, it's all fine... (enerved) BACK TO FORMATION" Grenadiers: "Glaubt ihr der Russe würde euch ungestraft im Dreck liegen lassen?" "Do you believe the Russian would let you lie in the mud with impunity?"
Oh yeah most famous one: "CAN'T YOU DRIVE ANY FASTER, KLAUS?"

"When it clicks like that you have to reload" - Volks:]
They say a ton of amazing stuff when they're simply doing their jobs, not in a response to selecting them/ordering them to do stuff.
I had my pak crew say that they're gun comes from Dresden
I've started playing the game with german speeches too, but since it's not my native language I fail to understand some parts of it All in all I like the english voices more, but prefer the german lines. If only the english actors could speak german
I don't remember any of them except this half track smells like volksgrenadiers.
I switched over to the mod where Germans actually speak German and I'am loving it <3 they sound a ton kooler.
i suppose "we" germans mostly dislike when games respectively speech are being localized (into german) cuz our language sounds crappy to us i personally got the english version of the game... allies sound so cool
