Exciting times for the
CoH: Modern Combat community. Since the mod's release on March the 13th the community has provided a ton of useful feedback for the
CoH: MC devs, which has allowed them to fix numerous bugs and produce a first major balance patch (check out the
Patch 1.002 announcement for detailed information, including a change-log).
After this initial wave of changes, it's time to give the mod its first real test in a competitive environment... and what better way than a tournament? You're all veterans of WWII combat... now prove that you have what it takes to compete on the battlefields of today!
So, the
CoH: Modern Combat team is hosting a 1vs1 tournament on the weekend of
May the 5th & 6th... complete with a prizepool of €75 to fight for! Check out the official

32 players (may be extended upon demand).
Best of 3, single elimination.
Prizes (Paypal required):
1st place: €50

We hope to get some good battles and shoutcasts as a result of this tournament, and the replays will definitely help the devs gather feedback and improve the mod for a hopefully competitive future.
