Both player starts with quite a few nearby hunt able groups(which is rare on patagonia) and the resource distribution is fair. The position of the trade routes favors the ottoman side, and the fish& whale infested ocean offers a good opportunity for schooner boom.

You quickly took over the ATPs and upgraded them with silk road + stagecoach. That helped you to maintain Janissary production after losing 10+ villagers and swarm your opponent with well upgraded Janissary & falconets. GJ! GG!
Tips for improvement T IMO you should have some naval cards & advance arsenal in your deck instead of several 600 resource crates. This map typically have limited nearby hunts, so it would be a good idea to integrate schooner boom at some point in early/mid game. Advance arsenal would have been able to further boost your Janissary into 31 range attack 340hp+ monsters with 4.4 speed and you get some upgrades for your falconets as well.

T IMO you should have built some outposts to protect your settler after you sent them to gather resources far away from your base. Had he tried to raid you in mid/late game you would have lost a large proportion of your villager population.
T You should have dropped down a mosque and researched the first villager training tech(300 food, decrease villager training time from 48secs to 40 sec), it can help you rebuild your economy. It is also a good idea to get a mosque and research gal-ta tower district tech(400 coin. villager cap 25--->45) as your villager count approach 25(your villager count stalled at 25 for the last 5 minutes of the game).
T Micro your falconets so that they stay on enemy falconets/infantry instead of firing nearby cavalry due to their AI system. You would have been able to knock out his 2 falconet shipment with your first volley if you had micro-ed correctly.(that would have saved your villager from the horrid task of knocking out faclonets )

You tried to expand your economy while keep your opponent at bay with your skirmishers, but your lack of upgrades and meat shields leaded to your defeat in the face of his janissary/falconet spam. GG!
Tips for improvement T He was spamming mass Janissary for the whole game. So it would be a good idea to get an arsenal and research counter infantry rifling upgrade for a extra 50% damage against his 300+ hp Januaries.
T IMO you need lancer upgrades more than hand infantry upgrades against an ottoman player. As veteran rodoleros slaughter hussar/Mameluke and can hold the line against spa-his. Lancers with caballeros(+1 infantry multiplier) can melt Januaries with your skirmisher support, add counter infantry rifling and hand cavalry combat and you can sit back and watch the carnage.
T The fatal problem with skrimisher/culverin combo is that you couldn't guard your culverin from the marching 300 HP+ monsters(a.k.a jans), some rodoleros/lancers would have been able to buy you the time to knock out the falconets.
T You had 1K+ floating wood for a long time, it would have been a good idea to send schooner and boom away with those wood(so you won't need to worry about plantation/mills).
T You had quite a few shipment in waiting before you switched to mill/plantations. It would have been a good choice to ship Land Grab shipment so you can get 40% cheaper mill/plantations that builds faster.
