aight well master and i have good communaction over clan forums but timezones aren't gonna help me. You guys are close but i think im on opposite time zone. Lost you want recs?

hey guys, it seems as tho my time zone is the complete opposite of bitem3's but u (lost) are in between our zones. My main civ was german/aztecs and b4 that it was japan. It seems as tho every civ i begin to get good at becones OP...so i try to move away from those civs and learn new civs. As of now i play Spain but am exploring different civs. I dont really understand where i need help with, but maybe we can play a game or i should post a rec for u to see where i need help in improvement?

hey guys, I didn't do this before so I'm not completely sure yet how we're going to work but I think it will be fun to play games, record them, see what could be improved, and work on overall game skills (even though my main civ is the Germans I suppose I could be decent with most civs)..

I would like to know where you're from and what your time zone is so we can make sensible arrangements.. I'm from The Netherlands timezone GMT+1

If you guys didn't get it already it may be useful to download the ESO tool from agesanctuary, it's a little programme where you add ESO friends and you will be able to see if theyre online or off

You should be able to select a recorded game simply by clicking on Add Reply and selecting File Attachments - Browse

I uploaded a game I played recently with my clan mate djv943,
its an unrated German mirror, pretty fast game but a decent
example of an aggressive German rush (basically we both do
the same thing). Better micro gave me an edge here.
I'll upload some rated games soon.

This was a game I played this morning, vs an aztec major, was on quick search. It was an easy win, but if you want, you can watch it for some tips; note how:

- I herded the hunt he tried to secure with his war hut away from him
- I deleted a sheep a second before my villager reached it, which is
faster than letting the vill kill the sheep by hitting it with his stick lol
- I used minutemen offensively

I played this game yesterday evening vs an Indian colonel; unfortunately I didn't win but I kinda let him come back out of the underdog position after I won some initial battles
Anyway maybe it could still be of value, there is one big reason why I lost this game, see if you can find it out..

Tricks that can be seen in this game:

- If you have multiple home city delivery points (TCs, outposts, fort)
let your shipment arrive at the most convenient; I delivered my
Uhlans to my outpost to catch up with his fleeing hussars
- If you don't have enough coin to afford hunting dogs, mine it with
1 or 2 vills to exact 50 (you may get over that but thats ok); bear
in mind that you don't have to gather 50 if you see a 30-coin beaver
treasure; then mine 20 and back off again

Another rated game I played yesterday night vs a Japanese lt col, should give a nice example how to beat japs Hf

A VOD by MrMilo where he rushes with the Russians very effectively.
Maybe not our favourite civ but always helpful and very fun to watch
such a pro in action. Did you guys know that:

- When you let your nearly dead explorer get killed by treasure guardians,
your opponent does not only not get the 45 XP, but also he doesn't get the 100
ransom gold
- Units can't pass through units in melee mode. Because milo put his strelets
in melee mode kiljardi's SWs had to move around them, needing a lot more time
and enabling milo to kill a lot more.. OP tip I think personally

Hey master, I've met bitem3 online and he told me he'd stopped this programme because we were just never going to meet (this was coincidental, I was playing all night lol)..
I'm going on a vacation tomorrow so you won't see me for a while.. however when we all return from summer holidays I'm sure we can continue.. I'm looking forward to playing more observer 1v1s and I'll try to tell a lot more since you can't see what shipments I'm sending/units I'm making etc.. if you want, that is
