USA-
Raptor 1400 to 800 Time to build 20 to 10 Reload 8 seconds to 4 Note: Finally good for something. They are not an absolute waste of money.
Aurora jet cost from 2500 to 2000 Build time from 30 to 20 Damage from 400 to 800 Damage radius from 20 to 50 (can take out moving overlord and two buildings if you FF between them if they're close) Reload from 5 to 10. Note: These units almost always died after they dropped load. With good micro, they can finally pay off.
Stealth fighter clip from 2 to 6 Reload from 8 to 6 Attack range from 220 to 320 Minimum attack range from 60 to 10 (so that it can unload all shots in one strafe) Note: Still 1600. Same build time. Becuase they have a bigger clip, they are revealed longer, which means you got to pick your shots wisely. You can now also split rockets with micro.
Comanche from 1500 to 1000 Note: This may seem bad, but trust me, they gonna need the cost nerff.
Ranger from 225 to 200
Ambo from 600 to 500
Battledrone repair starts healing master unit at 80 instead of 60 health.
Crusader from 900 to 800 Build time from 10 to 8 Speed increased from 30 to 35.
Chinook from 1200 to 1000
Supply building from 2000 to 1500 Note: Freedom and creativity for new buildorders.
Reactor upgrade from 30 sec to 15
Flash bang from 30 to 15 sec
Tow from 30 sec to 20 Cost from 1200 to 800
Rocket pods from 40 sec to 30
Laser missile upgrade from 40 sec to 20 Price from 1500 to 1000 Raptor: Also decreases reload from 4 to 2 sec. Stealth fighter: Also increases clip from 6 to 8. Decreases reload time from 6 to 4. Note: This upgrade seriously helps USA finally have a use for its jets. Use them with care, and you can dominate with them.

Composite armor from 60 sec to 30 Price from 2000 to 1500
GLA-
Quad build time from 20 sec to 10 (same time as scorp) Before there was a drop in damage when quad picked up scrap. Now it is back to normal. Scrap quads simply increase rate of fire without damage loss. Note: This buff including the AP bullet nerff is why air gets buffed. Quads are pretty deadly now.

Stinger sight build from 25 to 20
Rocket buggy pods upgrade from 1200 to 1000
Anthrax beta from 2500 to 2000
Camouflage upgrade from 60sec to 30 Cost from 2000 to 1000

Overlord cost from 2000 to 1800 Note: Not worth 2k vs gla and USA. Died very easily. Also helps with late game vs USA.
GAT build time from 10 sec to 8. Note: I know, weird, but it actually needs it with the buffs gla and USA get.
Inferno cannon clip size to 4 Rate of fire between shots from 4000 msec to 200 msec. Reload time from 0 to 4 seconds Build time from 15 to 10 sec Bonus fire storm from 6 to 12 in 3 second window. Note: Like the new stealth fighter, one of the coolest to use. You can micro it to lead its shots on moving targets, or even form a small fire wall for a short time. This unit is now the go to for gla spamming endless tunnels.
Nationalism build from 60 to 30 Price from 2000 to 1000
Reactor building cost from 1000 to 800 Note: USA and gla have far more flexible buildorder potential. Taking 200 off cost equaled the field a little.

Tank hunters from 300 to 200 (thanks to testing, gat/th was useless. Now its back)
Science powers/gen powers have a total of 25 points to collect, but the Gen powers can cost between 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 points. All total to 25 points! This is to prevent level 3 a10 at level 2 powers.
Gla hijacker from 20 seconds to 10 Hijacker from 400 to 600. Hijacker is always stealth, even when running. (still requires palace and Gen points!)
China overlord bunker upgrade from 15 sec to 10
Migss from 1000 to 900 (migss should be a little better now vs gla and china gats/quads/vees with 300 off from original price)
Tank hunter TnT does not disappear when tank hunter dies immediately! (cool!)
Inferno cannon from 900 to 1000 ( they are so good now, so 100 bucks more to buy)

I just finished with the new 1.9 community mod*. I'll post mod* notes in this topic. Also I'm not trolling. Took just a few minutes to learn how to edit all the ini and scripting code I needed.

I don't think this patch is gonna be used. There's way too many changes krew, only minor changes needs to happen, but somehow you chose to change like everything.
The goal: Expand unit viability and maintain/improve balance.
By miracle, I have learned how to not only edit maps, but also full on map scripting AND full on ini coding for generals and ZH.
This means I have the knowledge to make our very first community mod, and full custom map design on both the official and custom maps from scratch.
