Relic has just released their latest trailer titled 'The Exordium'. Since exordium means 'beginning' it seems that this is about the start of the game and what sets things off. At the intro to the trailer we get that same prophecy but this time there seems to be a background of a dilating eye of some type which suggests the spear could be... Living? There is another gameplay video shown before where one of the lines from Gabriel was that he didn't think the spear was what it was supposed to be. It's very likely that there's going to be a plot twist of some kind at the end.
As for the rest of the trailer it shows an inquisitor leaving House Varlock to die by Orks, but Gabriel comes in and saves them. Another story plot to unfold. Could it be that the inquisitor was a traitor? Did he just want the Orks not to die so he could use them? Did he have a grudge against house Varlock? Either way we get Solaria because of this and she's a badass. Not complaining.
Update: Relic has very quickly released the story trailer for the Eldar and Orks.
