Bethesda has announced that they are releasing the
Game Of The Year edition of
Fallout 4 on the
PC, PS4 and
Xbox One on September 26, 2017 for $59.99.
The GOTY edition of the game will include all previously released DLCs:
Nuka-World, Vault-Tec Workshop, Contraptions Workshop, Far Harbor, Wasteland Workshop and Automatron. It will also include previous updates such as the
High Resolution Texture Pack for the PC and PS4 Pro that was released early this year as well as the
Survivor Mode that was released in March of last year.
In addition to that, Bethesda also announced they will distribute limited quantities of the Pip-Boy Edition for the GOTY release of Fallout 4, just as they did with the original release of the game. These will retail for $99.99 at "select retailers" and in
North America only.
Also do take note that it will
not include the Capsule Case for the Pip-Boys unlike the first release for Fallout 4. And for those of us with larger smartphones released post-2015, there is a high chance that the Pip-Boys will not be able to fit them.
All-in-all, the GOTY edition seems to be a timely release for those who have not experienced Fallout 4 or who have been waiting for a compilation with add-ons/DLCs and for the bugs and bumps to be ironed out by Bethesda.
Fallout 4 Game Of The Year Edition will be released on September 26.
