Developer Destructive Creations and Russian gaming publisher 1C Company have recently announced a new RTS game called Ancestors that is squad-based and is set during the Middle Ages.
The game allows you to choose between the Viking, Anglo-Saxon, German and Slav factions. One of the more interesting features of the game in addition to the standard resource management and base building is the ability for players to switch between a cinematic action camera, which resembles a third person view, and the standard top-down RTS view.
